The DERBI Trophy is awarded, each year, to the personality that has offered the highest contribution to the development of renewable energies and the protection of the planet.

The artist Marc-André 2 FIGUERES will be creating this unique, bronze sculpture symbolising the bond between research on new sculpture techniques and the sun as an "energy" tool and source for creating new shapes.

Three categories are rewarded: "industrialist", "Scientist" and "Innovation"

The trophy DERBI on 2010 category "INDUSTRIALIST" was handed to Jean-Michel GERMA, president of "La Compagnie du vent"

The trophy DERBI on 2010 category "INNOVATION" was attributed to Frédéric CONCHY, Chief Executive Officer of the company EXOSUN.
